Westcombe Cheddar's flagship cheese is a traditional artisan clothbound Cheddar made from unpasteurised milk sourced from the lush hills of East Somerset. Crafted entirely by hand, it ages for approximately 12-18 months in our special hillside cheese cellar. Mellow yet complex in flavour, this Cheddar features long brothy notes with hints of hazelnut, caramel, and citrus on the breakdown. Perfect for a cheeseboard, as a sandwich filling, melted over a burger, or bubbling under the grill.
